World Peace

It's a brand New Year
Let's fill it with cheer
with love for one another
like a sister or a brother
We will pray for world peace
for warring to cease
No more senseless death and devastation
Together working for restoration 
of simple kindness and caring
that will come from sharing
the love in our heart
each one doing our part
until it becomes contagious
This may sound outrageous
but let's try it and see
what our world can really be!
